Inventory
Inventory of 103 in July was down 1.9% from 105 in June and down 21.4% from 131 in July of 2009. New listings in July moved up to 22 from 19 in June.


Market Time
Days on market of 127 in July was up a bit from 120 in June but down moderately from 136 in July of 2009. Months of supply of 13.6 in July was up just slightly from 13.5 in June but down considerably from 21.8 in July of 2009.
