Inventory of 126 in July was down 8.7% from 138 in June and down 23.6% from 165 in July of 2009. New listings in July moved down to 23 from 36 in June.

Days on market of 110 in July was up considerably from 91 in June and way up from 89 in July of 2009. Months of supply this month is 10.4, the same as last month.
