Inventory
Inventory of 566 in July was up 0.9% from 561 in June and up 8.8% from 520 in July of 2009. New listings in July moved up to 112 from 109 in June.


Market Time
Days on market of 103 in July was up a bit from 98 in June but down modestly from 113 in July of 2009. Months of supply of 13.1 in July was up marginally from 12.9 in June but down considerably from 16.0 in July of 2009.
