Inventory
Inventory of 96 in July was up 4.3% from 92 in June and up 21.5% from 79 in July of 2009. New listings in July moved up to 20 from 19 in June.


Market Time
Days on market of 67 in July was up considerably from 54 in June and up somewhat from 60 in July of 2009. Months of supply of 11.6 in July was up modestly from 10.6 in June but down a little from 11.9 in July of 2009.
