Inventory
Inventory of 103 in July was down 4.6% from 108 in June but up 1.0% from 102 in July of 2009. New listings in July moved up to 20 from 18 in June.


Market Time
Days on market of 116 in July was up substantially from 77 in June and up marginally from 114 in July of 2009. Months of supply of 15.3 in July was very slightly up from 14.9 in June and up modestly from 14.2 in July of 2009.
